Project Overview

The Greenfield Industrial Park development transformed raw agricultural land into a modern logistics hub with three million square feet of warehouse space. Our surveying team provided comprehensive services from initial boundary determination through final as-built documentation.

• Topographic Survey: Detailed existing conditions mapping over 200 acres
• Construction Staking: Layout for all buildings, utilities, and improvements
• Volume Calculations: Monthly earthwork quantity surveys
• As-Built Documentation: Final survey for client records

Technology

We deployed drone-based photogrammetry for large-area topographic mapping, significantly reducing field time while improving accuracy. GPS machine control files were provided directly to earthwork contractors.
