Project Overview

The Riverside Corporate Center represents a new standard in sustainable commercial development. This 12-story, 250,000 square-foot office building was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification while providing a distinctive architectural presence along the downtown waterfront.

Design Approach

Our integrated team approached this project with sustainability at the forefront. The building’s orientation maximizes natural daylight while minimizing solar heat gain. A high-performance curtain wall system with low-E glazing reduces energy consumption by 30% compared to code baseline.

Structural Innovation

Civil & Site Work

Site development included a 500-car structured parking garage, pedestrian plaza, and comprehensive stormwater management system featuring bioswales and permeable paving.
